CAREY OLSEN: Carey Olsen contributes to updated TISE QIBM Listing Rules

Press Release from Carey Olsen, Thursday 14 August, 2025.

As part of The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”) Rules Committee, Carey Olsen has assisted in drafting TISE’s updated ‘Qualified Investor Bond Market’ Listing Rules (the “QIBM Listing Rules”) –with effect from 11 August 2025.

The latest update ensures the QIBM Listing Rules remain relevant and proportionate for qualified investor debt listings. This further aligns the QIBM Listing Rules with market practice and provides consistency with the Specialist Companies Equity Rules introduced in November 2024. These changes reflect TISE’s continued efforts to streamline the listing framework to ensure flexibility and provide a light-touch approach.

Matthew Ecobichon, partner in Carey Olsen’s Jersey debt capital markets team, commented: “The TISE Rules Committee’s review of the QIBM Listing Rules helps ensure they remain up to date and effective, reinforcing TISE’s position as a leading venue for a wide range of debt listings.”

Carey Olsen has an in-depth knowledge of TISE’s rules and procedures and is the leading listing agent on TISE, both by new issuers and number of new securities listed.

Carey Olsen’s listing teams comprise lawyers and dedicated listing analysts with experience in advising on the types of structure that list on TISE and who understand the commercial needs of our clients.

Carey Olsen offers listing services from both its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
