Press Release from Carey Olsen, Friday 1 August, 2025.

14 lawyers from across Carey Olsen’s Bermuda, British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, London and Singapore offices have been recognised in the Lexology Index: Asset Recovery 2025 guide.

The guide compiles in-depth analysis, research and client feedback to identify lawyers who stand out for their market-leading work advising and representing stakeholders in matters across the space.

Cayman Islands partner Sam Dawson has been recognised as a ‘Global Elite Thought Leader’, the highest possible accolade which is achieved by only around 5% of listed practitioners and described as “the best of the best”.

Bermuda partner Keith Robinson, BVI partner Richard Brown and Guernsey partner David Jones have been praised as global ‘Thought Leaders’ and between them have more than 70 years of specialist legal experience.

Partners Tim Corfield, Simon Hall, Alex Hall Taylor KC, Andreas Kistler, Karen Le Cras, James Noble, Marcus Pallot, Sam Stevens and Tim Wright, in addition to counsel Pierre Ali-Noor, are also named in the guide as leaders in the asset recovery legal field.

Carey Olsen’s fraud and asset tracing specialists advise on the full range of asset recovery matters, from self-contained local proceedings through to the largest and most complex cross-border disputes.
