CAREY OLSEN: Carey Olsen shortlisted for two STEP Private Client Awards

Press Release from: Carey Olsen, Friday 27 June, 2025.

Carey Olsen has been named a finalist in two categories at the 2025 STEP Private Client Awards: Contentious Trusts and Estates Team of the Year (large firm) and Digital Assets Practice of the Year.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Awards, which celebrate the highest standards in the private client industry and are open to STEP members and non-members across the world.

Carey Olsen has one of the largest trusts and private wealth teams in the offshore world, and provides advice on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey for both contentious and non-contentious matters. The firm’s contentious trust lawyers have represented trustees, executors and beneficiaries in many significant offshore trust cases to come before the courts, including before the UK Privy Council.

Carey Olsen’s digital assets practice has also grown to become one of the largest specialist offshore teams, regularly advising clients on complex regulatory and commercial matters. It is one of the few firms with teams who work exclusively on digital asset related mandates, advising private clients across the full spectrum of digital asset, crypto, fintech and web3 matters.

The Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 18 September 2025 at London Hilton on Park Lane with winners to be chosen by the presiding expert judges.
