CAREY OLSEN: Carey Olsen advises on launch of Thornbridge’s new cellular fund platform

Press Release from Carey Olsen, Friday 20 June, 2025.

Carey Olsen has advised on the launch of Fundline PCC Limited (“Fundline”), a Class B authorised investment scheme approved by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Managed by Thornbridge Investment Management LLP (“Thornbridge”), Fundline is a protected cell company established with the aim of providing a flexible and efficient platform to launch bespoke investment strategies.

Thornbridge has now launched two new investment cells – the Core Resilience Cell and the Regenerative Growth Cell – on the Fundline platform, in collaboration with investment adviser Resilience Asset Management. Carey Olsen also advised on the launch of the cells, both of which are also Guernsey Green Funds, providing investors with access to accredited green investment opportunities.

The Carey Olsen Guernsey investment funds team acting as lead legal counsel comprised partner Matt Brehaut, senior associate Jamie Oldfield, and associate Tabitha Lepp. Suntera Global is acting as fund administrator and Butterfield as custodian.

Matt commented: “We are delighted to have assisted Thornbridge on the successful launch of Fundline PCC Limited and its related investment cells. This is a significant achievement for Thornbridge, and one which reflects Guernsey’s enduring position as a premier jurisdiction for sophisticated fund vehicles that offer flexibility, credibility, and sustainable investment.”
