CAREY OLSEN: Carey Olsen’s Alexa Saunders elected to The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law

Carey Olsen partner Alexa Saunders has been elected to The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (TIAETL), a highly selective group of recognised experts in trusts, estate planning, succession and related areas of law from across 41 jurisdictions.

Individuals elected to this invitation-only Academy must have practised law in the Academy’s areas of interest for at least ten years and have distinguished themselves in the practice and development of the law in their country.

Alexa is head of Carey Olsen’s trusts and private wealth group in Jersey and has a broad non-contentious trust practice. She regularly advises on private family trusts, employee benefit trusts and pension trusts, including on the establishment of new trust structures, drafting trust and ancillary instruments and the administration and restructuring of complex trust structures.
